Diversified Projects, Diversified Roles, Dynamic to your Needs

Hagstrom Drilling offers various permanent full time in-office, FIFO or DIDO roles (on a 2/1 or 2/2 roster depending on the site from Perth). Our work packages are inclusive of accommodation, meals and transport, and remuneration is benchmarked against industry peers to ensure workers receive highly competitive hourly rates. Opportunity exists to move horizontally from one drilling method to another for the purpose of diversifying experience, in addition to vertical career progression within Hagstrom Drilling.

Perks aside, we acknowledge that working FIFO rosters can be challenging for our employees and their family members back home. Therefore, our commitment to our people is crucial. Workers are provided permanent, full-time positions from job commencement, working on long-term, consistent projects (and therefore rosters).
