Quality Control (QC) and Assurance (QA)

Our QA/QC processes ensure that safe working measures are observed by our employees and that our equipment is maintained to an appropriate standard. With designated field maintenance crews at every job site we attend and access to critical spares thanks to strategic statewide warehousing and transportation solutions, there are no ‘half-measures’ when it comes to ensuring everything remains running to spec on site.

Training and Continuous Improvement

Ensuring team members are formally qualified and are continuously upskilling is imperative. Employees at Hagstrom Drilling are expected to complete an array of HSE training modules and mandatory external training including first aid certification and HR licence attainment; in addition to participating in buddy programs that enables our junior team members to learn from more experienced colleagues.

We measure our employee and site performance via a range of reporting/documentation tools, alongside active engagement with our clients to ensure a feedback loop that enables continuous improvement.
