Our Story

Paul ‘Haggy’ Musca started Hagstrom Drilling in 1992 with just one drill and a support vehicle. From humble beginnings, the company has grown and now boasts a national presence with offices, team members and projects across Australia.

We’ve carried out remote heli-portable diamond drilling in the Kimberley, reverse circulation campaigns in the Goldfields, hydro drilling in the Yilgarn and marine geotechnical drilling in Sydney Harbour. Beyond our shores, we have also executed productive and safe delivery of projects in Papua New Guinea and New Caledonia.

Hagstrom Drilling is a well-known name in the industry, especially as we are the only company to offer all-encompassing drilling services supporting exploration through to export. Whether you are an explorer/developer or a well-established miner, we have capability and capacity to drill ground at any stage of the mine lifecycle.
